Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FormFlow, a hosted form-backend service provided by FormFlow (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

FormFlow receives submissions posted to form endpoints you configure, stores them, and processes them as you direct: email notifications, webhook deliveries, file storage and related analytics. The service is provided as-is during the public beta; features may change, and we will communicate breaking changes through the changelog and, where reasonable, by email in advance.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep it current — it is how you sign in and how we reach you. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping API keys and webhook secrets confidential. Rotate or revoke any credential you believe is compromised; tell us if you believe the service itself is.

3. Your content and your responsibilities

You retain all rights to the data submitted through your forms. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service (store, transmit, process and display it to you and those you authorize). You are the controller of your submission data; we process it under the Data Processing Agreement.

You are responsible for your forms’ compliance with the laws that apply to you, including providing any required notices to and obtaining any required consents from the people who fill them in.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use FormFlow to:

• collect data unlawfully, deceptively, or without legally required consent;
• collect payment-card data (PCI), health data subject to special regulation, or similar special-category data the service is not certified to hold;
• send spam, host malware or phishing content, or operate forms that impersonate another party;
• probe, overload or disrupt the service, or attempt to access other customers’ data;
• resell the service without our written agreement.

We may suspend forms or accounts that violate these rules, immediately where the violation creates risk for others, otherwise after notice.

5. Plans, limits and billing

Each plan defines monthly submission volume, form count, file-upload size, retention and team limits. The free plan is free indefinitely; we don’t ask for a card. When a quota is exhausted, the affected endpoints return an explicit error (402) until the period resets or you upgrade. Paid plans are billed in advance per billing period; fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice, effective from your next billing period.

6. Availability and support

We target high availability but the beta service is provided without an SLA. Planned maintenance and incidents are communicated on the status page. Support is provided per plan (community or email).

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time; your data is removed per the retention terms in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate or suspend the service for material breach of these terms, prolonged non-payment, or legal requirement. Where practical we will give you 30 days to export your data.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total aggregate liability under these terms is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €50 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the service and delete your account.
