What counts as a submission?
One successful POST to your form endpoint. Spam blocked at the edge does not count. Failed deliveries to your inbox or webhooks still count — you can replay them.
What happens if I go over?
You won't lose submissions. We keep accepting and email you when you cross 80%. Sustained overage moves you up; one-off spikes don't.
Can I downgrade?
Any time, instantly. Pro-rated credit for the unused part of your billing period stays on your account.
Do you offer non-profit pricing?
Yes — 50% off Pro and Team for registered non-profits and open-source maintainers. Email us with proof of status.
Is there a self-hosted version?
Not in the MVP. We're focused on shipping the SaaS first. Drop us a line if you have a hard requirement.
